Pilot scope
M-Roc Mailing is provided during the pilot to test permission-based email marketing workflows, tenant isolation, suppression controls, approval gates and operational readiness with a limited number of customers.
Customer obligations
- Use only lists with documented source and consent or lawful basis.
- Do not upload bought, rented, scraped or guessed recipient lists.
- Provide campaign identity, purpose, frequency and unsubscribe history.
- Respect unsubscribe, bounce, complaint and suppression decisions.
- Notify M-Roc immediately about any consent dispute or abuse report.
Service limits
- Real provider dispatch is disabled until M-Roc records pilot approval.
- Initial live batches, when approved, must stay small and paced.
- M-Roc may pause imports, queueing or dispatch to protect recipients, customers and provider reputation.
- The pilot can change or stop while compliance, data-processing and deliverability controls mature.
Provider terms
Mailgun/Sinch terms and acceptable-use requirements apply when Mailgun is used as the sending provider. M-Roc must keep its own users aligned with provider rules and applicable law.
