Real email dispatch is closed. The Mailgun domain and webhook suppression path are validated in staging, but no Mailgun API sending key is configured and no real campaign email has been sent.
Before the first live pilot send, M-Roc must accept the provider cost envelope, data-processing posture, CNDP review, support contacts, incident runbook and explicit founder approval for that pilot.
